Once you secure Planning Approval from the Council, we proceed with detailed construction drawings. These are necessary for submission to the Council or a Private Certifier to acquire Building Rules Consent. Our construction plans typically consist of:

Council Approvals Process
Our service encompasses the entire council approval process:
Stage 1: Planning Approval
We begin by lodging an application for Planning Approval with your Local Council. Most Councils require submissions of a Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, preliminary engineering plans for stormwater management, and a Survey of the existing site.
Stage 2: Building Rules Consent
After Planning Approval, we focus on obtaining Building Approval. This involves submitting detailed drawings and comprehensive engineering documentation to a Building Consultant at the Council or a Private Certifier. They ensure compliance with relevant building codes. Utilising a Private Certifier can expedite the approval process.
Ultimately, full Development Approval, which combines Planning Approval, Building Rules Consent, and Land Division Approval, enables you to commence construction on-site.
